Why DNS Health and Email Authentication Matter
The Domain Name System (DNS) is the foundational addressing system of the internet. Beyond mapping hostnames to IP addresses via A and AAAA records, modern DNS is central to domain authorization, email deliverability, and anti-phishing safeguards.
SPF (Sender Policy)
Specifies which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain, preventing spammers from spoofing your sender address.
DMARC Alignment
Instructs receiving mail servers how to treat emails that fail SPF or DKIM (e.g. p=reject or p=quarantine), guarding against brand impersonation.
CAA Records
Restricts which Certificate Authorities are allowed to issue SSL/TLS certificates for your domain, neutralizing rogue certificate issuance.
